3D Mascot Creation — From Concept to Production-Ready Asset
This project showcases Zooparky’s end-to-end approach to creating a proprietary 3D brand mascot designed for long-term use across campaigns, platforms and physical applications.
The mascot was developed as a complete, production-ready asset, delivered with full ownership clarity and structured handover, enabling seamless adoption by both the brand and its agency partners.
Scope of Work
Zooparky led the entire creation and production process, including:
Character concept and visual definition
3D modeling and topology optimized for animation and rendering
Texture development with consistency across lighting conditions
Professional rigging for animation and posing
Creation of key poses for marketing, communication and internal use
In addition to digital production, the character was prepared for physical prototyping.
